Pausing at the borders

As planned, I’ve finished adding the borders to La Vie Est Belle, and I’m taking a bit of a break to get some other things accomplished before beginning the quilting. That will give me time to think about how I want to quilt it — deciding that always takes me a long time. I had to take the photo at an angle because of my small and crowded sewing room, but you can get the idea of what it looks like at this point. To be continued ….
