Bratislava is a lovely city in Slovakia. We didn’t have a lot of time there — just most of one day — but we took a “general” city tour, followed by a walking tour of the old section.

This is a remnant of one of the old city gates. The street is now a shopping district. One of the things we enjoyed about Bratislava was finding various statues scattered here and there. This one is very whimsical, showing a workman coming out of a manhole!
