I hadn’t realized how much time had gone by since my last post! I guess time really does fly when we’re having fun. 😉 Let’s see — does that include having a blood test? LOL! Probably not. But Sunday I spent the day with two quilting friends, and that was definitely fun. Yesterday my local group had an all-day meeting, and that was also fun. In between, I’ve been doing the free-motion work on my latest quilt. I’ve only finished about a quarter of the blocks, but it’s coming along. Here’s a preview:
I’m using a variegated King Tut thread in shades of purples and magentas, and of course I’m still in my feathers “rut”. 😉

Looking good so far. As ruts go – this is a pretty good one! I often use more “comfortable” designs when quilting. Some seem to be so much work, and others just seem to appear under the machine needle.
