I found a recipe on the Weight Watchers site for some goodies to make for Valentine’s Day, and I thought perhaps my husband might enjoy them. My goodness, but were they ever easy to prepare!
They use one of my favorite combinations — chocolate and raspberry — but I don’t see any reason why something other than raspberry couldn’t be substituted — apricot? orange? strawberry?
I’m usually not a candy-maker, and these are a tiny bit wonky, but I’ll bet they taste pretty good! What’s really nice is that they took approximately 15-20 minutes to make from start to finish. If you have the ingredients on hand, they’d be a great last-minute treat for almost any occasion.
