My little tenant

Last spring I decided to hang a hummingbird feeder in the tree outside the window in my sewing room. All summer long I’ve had visitors, and one of them has become quite brave. He (she?) drinks a bit, then rests in the tree and grooms a bit, then drinks some more before leaving for home. Today I decided I needed to get at least one decent photo, though I was worried about the window screen making it difficult. However, I think this little guy is so cute! He blends in quite well with the tree because of his green feathers. You may need to click to make the photo large enough to be able to see him; he’s quite close to the red feeder.
