Last summer, the San Francisco Stitch Company posted weekly machine embroidery blocks. I downloaded each one and made it, thinking that the blocks would be good practice for me. Who knew the blocks would also be so cute? 🙂 I had to put the finished top aside for a time while I worked on the top for ‘Tis the Season (now waiting to be sandwiched!), but I finished the quilt last night. What do you think?

I love it. Great quilting, the motifs really pop.
Thanks, Phyl. 🙂
So happy you shared over with Karen Sew Many ways and so did I … so I peeked today! Some days I can’t do that many posts but today the crowd was thinned… so happy I got to see your quilt!!
You embroidered each block on a machine.. then figured a way to trim your blocks/sash/and quilt it then added a piped binding too! Excellent job! 🙂 Kathi
Thanks, Kathi! The blocks’ sizes were part of the design provided by the digitizer who did the designs, so I can’t really take credit for that. 🙂 I do love piped bindings, though; I use Susan Cleveland‘s technique, with a couple of modifications.
