I know; I’ve been neglecting my blog lately. Having grandchildren here so frequently has taken a lot of time and, as I explained before, it’s just a busy time of year for our family. I haven’t even worked on my Winding Ways quilt in days. 🙁 But yesterday was my husband’s birthday, and we had our family dinner at our elder daughter’s house. I took the dessert — and completely forgot to take a picture of it! Ack! It’s really a shame, since it was truly pretty, and now all that’s left is one lonely piece. 😉
This is what’s left of a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, and it’s worth every last calorie! You may just be able to see that there’s raspberry sauce marbled through the cheesy filling, and of course there’s more raspberry sauce dripping down from the top. I have to say that raspberry is one of my favorite flavors, and this combination is just so good.
If you’re interested in making one yourself, just click on over to CJ’s blog and get her recipe. You’ll thank me, really you will (though my hips may never forgive me).
