In fifteen pieces, to be exact! One of the pictured pieces is actually two identical ones, so that’s why it doesn’t look like fifteen. I counted up how many stitches went into making these pieces, and the total was almost 378,000! I used up an entire roll of water-soluble stabilizer, too. But my Bernina sailed through the work with nary a complaint!
Now that all of the pieces are made, and assuming that I don’t have to remake any if the gremlins don’t come along and hide something from me as I go, I need to put the pieces together to make the building. It will be fiddly work, judging from past experience, so I probably won’t hurry. 😉

Wow amazing job. I’m sure it feels like you finished a major step just getting that finished. Now to start assembling. Excited to see the finished product! You always impress me.
Thanks so much, Candice! You’re very kind to say so. 🙂 I’m excited to figure out a good time to give the finished product to our grandson!
