While our ship sailed from Lyon to Vienne, we were served a Provençal lunch onboard. Here, you can see the menu and how the dishes were displayed for us.
As we ate, our ship went through a few locks on the way to Vienne.
In Vienne, we had a tour of the city, where we saw the Roman beginnings of the city. This is the remains of a Roman road!
And here is a Roman temple, which served many purposes over the centuries.
Our tour then boarded a mini-train to go up the hill for a view of the city.

Also on the hill was a small church with the most amazing acoustics, which our guide demonstrated by giving us a gorgeous rendition of Ave Maria as we sat mesmerized.
