It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything I’ve cooked or baked, so I thought I’d post this today. It’s a mango tart, courtesy of my sister. She knows how much I love mangos and kindly shared the recipe with me. Unfortunately, I can’t really share the recipe, since it’s not hers; I don’t have permission to post it. But let me tell you, it’s delicious and very easy to make. The green flecks you see are lime zest, and the crust is really puff pastry. I took this one to our daughter’s house last night. 🙂

Bug, I’m really sorry that I can’t share the recipe, but it’s basically a mango purée in a puff pastry shell, with more mango on top and a dusting of coconut. Hope that helps!
