First is a small bag I&#8217;ve made as a gift; it&#8217;s another Drop Zone bag from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.byannie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ByAnnie<\/a>. I really like this bag, as it opens up completely flat and then zips completely and compactly closed. The instructor was Peter Hayward, who was absolutely wonderful. There was no sewing involved at all. We made strips of different colors of fabrics, including some ombr\u00e9 fabrics and a background. and then the strips were woven together in a prescribed order. You will notice that I&#8217;m <em>awful<\/em> at mitering 60\u00b0 corners. Oh well. The whole piece measures about 11.5&#8243; x 13.5&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/sandymike.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Mini-Cubes-Cubed.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5507\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/sandymike.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Mini-Cubes-Cubed.jpeg?resize=251%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Small hexagonal grey non-quilt (no quilting) with cubes woven into the grey.
