We began about eight weeks ago, and the last step was released yesterday, giving everyone lots of time to stay on track and caught up, barring unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/sandymike.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Travel-Essentials-bag.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5400\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/sandymike.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Travel-Essentials-bag.jpeg?resize=167%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Open travel bag. The fabric is an adorable Tula Pink print, with a purple Grunge for trim. There are lots of pockets for organization, and the whole thing can hang from a towel rack or other handy hook in a hotel room.<\/p>\n<p>There are two pockets accessible on the outside while the bag is folded, with another four pockets on the inside when unfolded. One of the outer pockets isn&#8217;t part of the original pattern, but was added by the person who organized and ran the Slow Along. Inside, the bottom pocket is quite deep to hold &#8220;fatter&#8221; supplies, while the two vinyl pockets and the top mesh pocket are flat for smaller items.<\/p>\n<p>I think this will be great for future trips, along with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sandymike.net\/blog\/2024\/06\/20\/hot-tools-holder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">curling iron bag<\/a> I previously posted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I mentioned in a previous post that I was participating in a &#8220;Slow Along&#8221; &#8212; a slow-paced series of video steps toward making (in this case) a travel toiletries bag called Travel Essentials.
