As I add more rows, I won&#8217;t be able to hang this at all; the quilt top will be too big in every direction, even though it will only be about 63&#8243; x 72&#8243;. Oh well.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, in my <a href=\"https:\/\/sandymike.net\/blog\/2024\/03\/21\/1001-little-pieces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">last post<\/a>, I was making what seemed like a zillion tiny nine-patch blocks with 1&#8243; pieces. Those blocks have now been alternated with solid patches to make larger nine-patch blocks, giving a chain effect. These, in turn, will alternate with heart blocks, as you can see. There will be two more rows in gradually darker oranges and three more rows with gradually darker greens.
