\"Pretty<\/a>Some of you may remember that I bought this smaller Bernina a few months ago to make it easier to take a machine to sewing events. The machine is the Kaffe Fassett Bernina 475, and it’s so cute!<\/p>\n

One thing that would make transporting it really simple, I decided, was to have a set of tools organized to stay in the bag so I’d be ready at any time. Since I’ve had experience with bag designs from By Annie<\/a>, those were the ones I chose to make. I posted before about the Stash and Dash roll-up bag and the Clam Up<\/a> pouch I made. Then I added to the set with a Piecekeeper<\/a> bag.<\/p>\n

But one thing really bothered me, and that was the box that came with the machine for storing feet and other bits and pieces. It was simply impossible to keep anything organized in that box, as everything just shifted around anytime the box moved. The solution was to make yet another bag that would be the right size to fit in the front pocket of the machine’s carrying case, so I tackled the Hold Everything. I’d made this bag once before, and it was quite tricky, but I figured it couldn’t be worse this time. \ud83d\ude09 I did modify it a tiny bit, moving the main zipper to the center of the strip it was sewn to and adding little gussets to the zippered “pages” to accommodate the Bernina feet. But it’s done, and — while it bulges more than I’d like — I’m quite happy with how well I can keep everything organized.<\/p>\n
