I have Reynaud&#8217;s, meaning that the circulation in my hands and feet is poor. Lately, though, my fingers are especially affected, even without very cold temperatures. At times I lose feeling completely in them, which is rather disconcerting. One thing I&#8217;ve decided to try is a wrist rest for when I&#8217;m using my keyboard. Since I have a very long keyboard\/trackpad setup, a commercial wrist rest wasn&#8217;t the right size. However, I do have fabric! I simply measured the length I&#8217;d need and cut two long strips in purple to match my keyboard cover (of course!), stitched them up and filled the resulting tube with lots (<em>lots<\/em>!) of crushed walnut shells that I also had on hand.
