\"bag<\/a>I saw this design online<\/a> and couldn’t resist making it. The design comes in several sizes, both square and rectangular, and I chose to make the 5″ x 7″ size, though it ended up being a little smaller because of the bulk involved. The fabric was a pale cream color, and the embroidered quilting was in a new-to-me gold metallic thread that absolutely doesn’t kink! I wish I knew the name of the brand, but it’s written in oriental characters, so I’m sort of lost there. There is a bit of bulk, given that the quilting needed batting, of course; I might do a plain back on the bag if I were to do it again; that would cut down a lot on the bulk.<\/p>\n
