\"\"<\/a>Autumn Twist is the name of a series of small (6″) embroidered blocks released by San Francisco Stitch Company<\/a>. Each block is free for one week after its release, and so far we’re on the second block. These blocks are adorable<\/em>! The first was this squirrel, and I simply couldn’t resist him, even though fall colors aren’t my usual preference.<\/p>\n

The blocks are designed to be used with a specific set of variegated threads put out by Superior Threads, but I decided to use threads I already had on hand. That decision was fueled by my desire to start right away — forget having to await a delivery! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
