Last Friday I attended a lecture at my local Bernina dealer, this one dealing with making and\u00a0\u00a0personalizing\u00a0the popular pop-up canisters<\/a>. I couldn’t stay to actually make one, but on Sunday I did make one. The presentation on Friday gave each attendee a free motif to use on one of these pop-ups, but I decided to add a second motif in order to make it very personal. This pop-up is a gift for my granddaughter to use for her sewing\/quilting tools, so I added her initial and made it in colors to coordinate with her bedroom.
