\"IMG_1072\"<\/a>I’m in shock. My pile of projects that I need to finish and\/or start is growing faster than I can control it! I have a little drawer with several things in it — things that need further thought about how I want to do them. And then this is a group of other things that have been sitting on my ironing board and sewing cabinet recently. I really need to get busy, as I keep telling myself.<\/p>\n

  1. I’m almost finished with a cardigan<\/a> I’ve been knitting and which I could really use right now while it’s so chilly.<\/li>\n
  2. My ‘Tis the Season<\/a> quilt is sandwiched and has the stabilizing quilting all done; I “just” need to do the pretty quilting, but I’m having trouble settling on designs (what else is new?).<\/li>\n
  3. The manila envelope is instructions for a little clutch I’m considering making to replace the evening bag that won’t hold my\u00a0cell phone, which is slightly larger than my previous one.<\/li>\n
  4. And that big white “thing” is the fusible Pel-Tex I just purchased to make an embroidered towel holder so my kitchen towel won’t constantly fall off of the handle to my oven.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Faced with all of this, here I sit, writing a blog post instead. I’ll blame it on the cold I’ve had for almost three weeks now ….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
