We zipped over\u00a0to Tain l’Hermitage, very near to Tournon, to see some of the vineyards there.<\/p>\n

Valrhona Chocolate factory<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In Tain l’Hermitage, there was also the chance to visit the Valrhona\u00a0chocolate factory\u00a0\u2014\u00a0with unlimited samples! This was truly lovely chocolate, in all sorts of varieties, so we bought some to bring home for our daughters and their families. This chart explains each variety of chocolate available, and the samples are at the bottom, ready for grabbing.<\/p>\n

\"Welcome<\/a>Back on our ship, there was a reception for all returning Viking travelers. We had a choice of little appetizers, along with either champagne, mimosas, or kir royale<\/em> (a mix of champagne and cr\u00e8me de cassis<\/em>). In addition, they gave us each a shot\u00a0of aquavit, as befits\u00a0a\u00a0Norwegian cruise line.<\/p>\n
