We had a lovely Christmas here\u00a0\u2014\u00a0it was so busy that I never even had time to post to my\u00a0blog! But that’s a good thing, right? Besides, I was also occupied in moving to this new location and learning how to use WordPress\u00a0\u2014\u00a0which I’m still doing\u00a0\u2014\u00a0so posting had to suffer.<\/p>\n

However, one of the gifts my husband and I received was a handmade one, which is so often the very best kind. \ud83d\ude42 Our ten-year-old grandson had done a couple of\u00a0string art projects in school, and he decided that they were to come to us! He did such a beautiful job on them that I decided to frame them so they wouldn’t get beat up hanging on the refrigerator or some such place, and I finally did exactly\u00a0that today. I framed them in red to accent the Christmas theme, and I’ll hang them up each year. I’m just delighted with them!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
